FAMILY!

Meet our Paradise Graphix family! Here at Paradise we are not just a team we’re a family….literally! All of us are related in one way or the other and we’re a very tight knit group. In today's blog I am going to introduce you to everyone on the team and explain what role they play in the company. 

Kaylen Marsh (Oldest Daughter) (bottom left pic) Kaylen is the heart and soul of this company. She gives her all daily - on and off the clock - to ensure she is running a tight ship. She runs production, office tasks, and manages everyone individually within the company. Kaylen and her husband Matt have contributed to the outstanding growth Paradise Graphix has experienced over the past 10 years and excel at running this place smoothly. 

Matt Marsh (Husband of Kaylen) (top left pic) Matt Joined the company 13 years ago when he met Kaylen and has excelled everyday since. His raw talent and attention to detail helps him to excel in every aspect of the company. Matt is our Avery Certified lead installer. He is crazy knowledgeable on all of the materials used and the industry itself. Matt keeps himself educated on everything within the industry and is always researching to stay on top of the best techniques for every aspect of his job. Matt is hands down one of the best installers in the industry.

Austin Gibler (Twin to Aubrey) (middle top) Austin joined our team 2 years ago and has been a great asset to the company. He is a jack of all trades, able to jump in anywhere in the company. He lays vinyl, is our primary parts installer, ceramic coater, assists with production, and the list just goes on. He’s a super quick learner and excels in everything he tries. 

Rhonda Reedy (Mother) (middle) Rhonda and Scot started the company together over 20 years ago. Rhonda currently runs the business side of Paradise, but don’t let that fool you; when she and Scot started out 20 years ago they worked side by side doing production and installations, sometimes until 1 AM. She will still come in during our busy months and lay vinyl all day with the rest of us and help where needed.  Her dedication for the company to this day has never faltered, She has given it 110% more than her blood, sweat and tears since day one. 

Steven Reedy (Youngest Son) (bottom middle) Steven started out like the rest of us running errands and laying in vinyl. In 2017 he started Riot Custom Accessories before the two companies merged. Steven has always had a passion for customizing vehicles and making them the coolest they can be and also is always on call to jump in where needed.

Aubrey Reedy (Wife to Steven) (bottom middle) Aubrey has worked for the company for 7 years but has been a part of our family for many more years than that, she and Steven were highschool sweethearts. Aubrey’s pinpoint attention to detail helps her to excel vastly in this company. During High School she would help Rhonda file, and she then started helping Matt with wrapping until graduating to be able to lay vinyl herself. She has also attended Avery Wrap and Tint classes.  From there she then became our lead window tint installer. Her keen attention to detail makes her one of the best tint installers around.

Scot Reedy (Father) (top right) Scot and Rhonda have been in this together since day one. Now that Scot’s children are taking over he gets to settle into his favorite part of the job which is artwork. Scot is the senior artist for the company; his artwork is sought after by many and very unique; you can always tell when it's a project created by Scot as the quality is unmatched and the skill is limitless. It's because of his and Rhonda’s unmatched dedication to success many years ago that the next generation are now successfully able to run Paradise Graphix. 

Isabella Reedy (Middle Sister) (bottom right) Isabella is our production specialist and graphic artist. She has been assisting with production since she was 13-helping everyday during her summers, before she joined full time when she turned 18. In 2017 she started assisting Scot with the graphic design and has been building her skills ever since. 

As you can see here at Paradise Graphix we are all family, and we treat our customers with the same care and respect we treat each other.
